Welcome to my online portfolio, I am Greg Baxter. I am an honours graduate from Abertay University whose seeking to break into the world of games design as a professional pastime.
I am based in Dunfermline, Scotland having worked in Edinburgh with Skymoons Edinburgh as a Designer and with Digital Sports Arena as a QA Tester. Nowadays, I try to hone my knowledge with my past time as a habitual journalist at High Rez Gaming and some development practice in video games and even in more recently, in developing homebrews rules for the 5th Edition of Dungeons & Dragons through DM's Guild. |
From the creator of "One Map Game: An SRPG Studio Experiment", comes an attempt to go from using pre-built assets in a dedicated game engine inspired by Fire Emblem to a completely self made turn-based strategy game through scripting in Game Maker Studio 2 that more mimics Shining Force.

The Witch Class OptionsA homebrew document that allows player's of "Dungeons & Dragons" 5th Edition to play a character of the Witch class, inspired by real Wicca religious practices and the Dungeons & Dragons monsters known as Hags.

One Map Game: An SRPG Studio experimentWhen I first opened up SRPG Studio, my interest in the Strategy Role-Playing Genre (particularly the Fire Emblem franchise) made me set the challenge of making a one map game in 24 hours. This was the result.
